Where we ship
Objects bought through the website are shipped to addresses in India. For delivery outside India, write to us before ordering and we will tell you whether and how we can send it.
When it leaves, and when it arrives
Objects in stock are packed by hand and handed to the courier within three to five working days of your order. Delivery then usually takes three to seven days, depending on where you are. We will email you when it is on its way. If something will take longer, we will tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund.
What it costs
Delivery is charged at our courier partner's rate for your pincode and the parcel's size and weight, worked out at checkout once you enter your address, and is free on orders over an amount shown in your bag and at checkout. Cash on delivery may carry a small fee, shown at checkout. Both appear as separate lines before you place the order and on your invoice. Nothing is added afterwards.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available up to an order value shown at checkout. Please have the exact amount ready. If an order is refused at the door, we may ask for online payment on your next order.
When the parcel arrives
Please check the parcel before you sign for it. If it is visibly damaged, note that with the courier, or refuse it. Please film the parcel being opened, in one unedited video: a return is accepted only with that video, and for damage it must show the object damaged as it comes out of the packaging. Write to us within 10 days of delivery with your order reference, as the Returns & Refunds Policy explains.
If it cannot be delivered
If the courier cannot deliver after its attempts, because the address is incomplete or nobody is there, the parcel comes back to the studio. We will write to you to arrange delivery again, or refund what you paid less the delivery charges.
