Returns & Refunds

You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched: write to us or call with your order reference. Once it has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

An object can be returned only if it:

• arrives damaged,
• is not the object you ordered, or
• arrives with a part missing.

We do not accept returns for any other reason, including a change of mind. Every object is made by hand, so yours will differ a little from the photographs in grain, colour, texture and finish; those differences are not damage.

Please film the parcel being opened, in one continuous, unedited video, from the sealed parcel to the object out of its packaging. A return is accepted only with this video. If the object is damaged, the video must show it already damaged as it comes out of the packaging. Without such a video, we cannot accept a return or make a refund.

Write to us within 10 days of delivery with your order reference, photographs of the parcel and the object, and the unboxing video. Please wait for us to agree the return before sending anything.

Once we have agreed it, you book the courier and send the object back to the studio, packed as it came. The cost of sending it back is yours, and is not refunded. When it reaches us and we have checked it, we send a replacement where we can, or refund the price of the object and its original delivery charge. The cash on delivery fee is not refunded.

• Refunds are made within 7 working days of a cancellation, or of a returned object reaching us and being checked.
• An order paid online is refunded to the same card, UPI account or bank account it was paid from. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
• An order paid on delivery is refunded by bank transfer or UPI to an account you give us.
